The FluSwap fee is 1.50% of the amount sold.
The 0.50% figure is the fill-move limit, not the commission. Network cost and route cost are separate.
A quoted value more than the 1.50% fee plus another 1% away stays off. That block is not a later price promise.
A failed or refunded swap does not earn the fee. Each filled swap earns 1 point. Points are not cash.
