FluSwap

FluSwap user policy

Agreement

Version date: 10 October 2026. This policy is the contract for the FluSwap interface at fluswap.app. It covers the swap screen, the lesson pages, and the requests those pages make.

Accepting the boxes on the swap screen, or signing a swap after that acceptance, means you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet and do not sign.

The operator of FluSwap may replace this policy by posting a new version at this address. A material change can require a new acceptance in the browser. An older acceptance does not count as acceptance of this version.

A short line on the swap screen is only a summary. If that line and this page differ, this page controls.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You must not be a sanctioned or otherwise restricted person. If this swap is illegal where you live, stop and leave.

You are responsible for the laws, taxes, licenses, and reporting that apply to you. Nothing on FluSwap is an offer in a place where that offer would be unlawful.

The operator may refuse, limit, or end access for any person, wallet, token, pair, or region, with or without notice, and does not have to explain a refusal.

What FluSwap is

FluSwap is a beta software interface. It requests a quote for a reviewed token, and you sign the swap in a wallet you control.

FluSwap is not your custodian, broker, exchange, bank, or adviser, and it is not your fiduciary. It does not hold your keys, your recovery phrase, or your tokens. Connecting a wallet does not open a deposit account.

The operator does not take possession of the tokens you sell or the tokens you buy. Bought tokens, and a failed deposit, are directed to the wallet that signs. You cannot name a different recipient, and the browser cannot change the fee wallet, the fee, or the fill move.

No advice

Nothing on FluSwap is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. You can lose the full amount you send.

A quote, a chart, a percent change, and a past swap are not a prediction and are not a promise that a price will hold. The operator has no duty to warn you about a token, a venue, a chain, or a market move beyond the text on the screen. You decide whether to sign.

Your wallet

FluSwap never asks for a recovery phrase, a seed, or a wallet password. A person who asks for those words is not FluSwap. A recovery phrase is 12 or 24 words. FluSwap cannot restore a lost phrase.

Connect only the wallet that should receive the bought tokens. Read the wallet prompt before you sign. If the screen and the wallet disagree, do not sign.

A signed transaction cannot be undone by FluSwap. The operator cannot reverse, recall, or repair a transaction that is already on a chain.

Reviewed tokens

Only reviewed tokens can be swapped. An unlisted contract stays off. A review means the address is on the allowlist. It is not an audit, an endorsement, or a statement that the token is safe, solvent, or correctly named by its issuer.

A ticker is not the contract. Copying an address does not select the coin. The same ticker on two chains can be two different tokens. The same ticker at another address is a different token.

A stock token is not the share, not a brokerage position, and not an account at a broker. Stock tokens can be swapped only when both sides are Robinhood Chain. Hyperliquid on this desk is the trading balance, not an ordinary chain token.

Chains and venues

The listed networks are Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Robinhood Chain, Hyperliquid, and HyperEVM. The operator may remove a network.

On a same-chain swap, a quote may be requested from Relay, KyberSwap, and ParaSwap. A signable quote with a higher amount you receive is kept. A signable quote beats a higher quote that the safety check has blocked. HyperEVM may omit a venue that does not list that network.

A cross-chain swap, and a Hyperliquid trading-balance swap, uses Relay. A Robinhood stock-token swap tries KyberSwap first, then ParaSwap if KyberSwap has no route.

Those venues are independent. Their terms, delays, and failures are outside FluSwap. The operator may add or remove a venue. A quote can fail, expire, or be replaced before you sign.

A chart is a public price history for a reviewed token. It can be empty, late, or incomplete. FluSwap does not invent volume, liquidity, market cap, or a trader count.

Fee and price move

The FluSwap fee is 1.50% of the amount you sell. The browser cannot change that fee. Network cost and the route cost are separate, and you pay them in addition to the 1.50%.

The 0.50% figure is the maximum move allowed between the quote and the fill. It is not the commission.

If the quoted value is more than the 1.50% fee plus another 1% away, the swap stays off. That block is a check at quote time. It is not a later price promise, and it does not insure you against a move after you sign.

A failed or refunded swap does not earn the FluSwap fee. FluSwap does not refund a network fee, a route cost, or a loss on a transaction you signed. A venue may skip a very small fee. That does not change the stated 1.50% rate.

Points

Each filled swap earns 1 point for the connected wallet. Points are not cash, not credit, and not a claim on the operator. They have no redemption value. A failed, refunded, or unfilled swap earns no point.

The operator may change or end points, and it does not have to pay them out.

Availability

The interface is a beta and is provided as available. It may be slow, wrong, interrupted, or withdrawn. The operator may change the screen, the allowlist, the venues, or this policy.

The operator does not promise a quote, a route, a fill, a level of uptime, or that any token will remain listed.

Risk

You can lose the full amount you send. Wallets, smart contracts, venues, bridges, and chains can fail, be attacked, or behave in a way the screen did not describe. You accept that risk when you sign.

You are responsible for the chain, the contract, the amount, the fee, the network cost, and the wallet prompt you confirm.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, FluSwap is provided without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose, merchantability, title, and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the interface is free of errors or that a token will keep any value.

Limits on claims

To the extent the law allows, the operator and its people are not liable for lost tokens, lost profits, lost data, a failed route, a wallet mistake, a chain event, a venue failure, a hack, a tax, or an inability to use the interface. This limit covers contract, negligence, and any other theory.

Where a loss cannot be excluded, the total liability of the operator for a claim about one swap is limited to the FluSwap fee actually received on that swap. If no fee was received, the limit is zero.

These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, including a limit the law refuses for fraud or for willful misconduct.

Your duty to the operator

You will defend and cover the operator against a claim, loss, or cost arising from your use of FluSwap, your wallet, your breach of this policy, or your violation of law, to the extent the law allows. The operator may control the defense of a claim that names the operator.

Disputes

Raise a problem with the operator before you start a formal claim, and allow a reasonable time for a reply. To the extent the law allows, you bring a claim only for yourself. You waive a class, collective, or representative action.

This policy does not name a country or a court. That silence is not an agreement that every court where you live may hear every claim. A mandatory rule that cannot be waived still applies.

If one sentence of this policy cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Waiting to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this policy. The operator may assign the interface and this policy.

The sections on risk, warranties, limits on claims, your duty to the operator, and records already kept stay in force after you stop using FluSwap.

Privacy

This privacy notice is part of the FluSwap policy. It covers this swap only.

FluSwap does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name or your email. A swap does not require a sign-in.

When you connect a wallet, the address is used to price a swap, to read reviewed balances, and to store points for that wallet. The address, and any transaction you sign, are public on the chain. FluSwap cannot delete a chain record.

This browser stores your acceptance of this policy and the time of that acceptance, your light or dark choice, a locked price-move setting, a flag if you disconnected the wallet, and the recent swaps shown in Activity on this device. Clearing site data removes those copies from the browser. Disconnecting the wallet stops this page from using it. It does not remove a transaction already on the chain.

If this browser already holds a sign-in token for another service, the desk may send that token to the FluSwap server. The server may then read an account id, an email, and a plan, and the connect control may show the email in a tooltip. That token is not required to swap, and this page does not link to that other service.

For a quote, the server may keep a short note for about two days with the wallet, the chains, the token symbols, the amounts, and the dollar amounts. If a session exists, the note may also carry an account id.

After a fill attempt, the server may keep the status, the wallet, and whether a point was recorded. The operator may receive a private notice with the status, the wallet, the chains, the symbols, the amounts, a short transaction reference, and, when a session exists, the account email.

A short-lived request counter may store a network address so the desk can refuse a burst of requests. FluSwap does not sell the information collected by the desk.

Charts and spot prices come from independent services. A request to those services includes the token and the chain, and those services apply their own terms. The site is delivered through a network provider that sees ordinary connection data.

Other sites

This policy covers the interface at fluswap.app only. It does not cover any other website that uses a similar name.

If you stop

If you do not agree, choose I do not agree. The swap stays closed in that browser until you accept. After acceptance, disconnect the wallet and leave to stop. You may clear this site data in the browser to remove the acceptance record.

Questions

Does FluSwap hold tokens?

No. You sign in a wallet you control. FluSwap does not hold the keys, the recovery phrase, or the tokens.

What is the fee?

The fee is 1.50% of the amount sold. Network cost and route cost are separate. The 0.50% figure is the fill-move limit, not the commission.

Is this advice?

No. FluSwap is not investment, legal, or tax advice. You can lose the full amount you send.

You need to accept the user policy before you can swap. You must be 18. This is not advice, and you can lose the amount you send.
